近年来陆续出现的从“知识产业”、“后工业社会”、“第三次浪潮”、“信息经济”到“知识经济”这一系列令人眼花缭乱的名词实际上正在逐步建立一个日渐明晰的概念,即人类正在步入一个以知识的占有、配置、生产和使用为基础的经济时代。知识经济的时代已经来临。知识经济时代,世界经济的增长方式、企业的经营方式、生产方式和人们的生活方式都发生了很大的变化。知识密集的高科技企业是过去几十年来发展最快的企业;人力资本在企业的多种要素中变得越来越重要;知识的创造活动成为企业最主要的活动;知识工人的需求不断增加,这些变化对管理学提出了挑战,也提供了发展机遇。本文首先分析知识经济时代企业的运营特征,然后介绍建立知识经济时代企业的运作模型,并在此基础上探讨对其的管理。
