定尺剪切系统要求随着加工物的长度或进料速度自动变换刀具的旋转,使之在加工的瞬间维持与加工物同步速度,但由于传动系统存在动态响应时间,转速不能实时跟踪,易造成速度跟随过程中出现偏差,进而影响剪切精度。为了提高滚切剪装备的剪切精度,本文提出了采用复合控制系统的控制方式控制飞剪剪刃的运行,并分析了飞剪的剪切功能实现。
