通过对铬镍奥氏体不锈钢锻件沉淀相和有关元素的分析.表明其表面裂纹的产生主要是由于采用煤加热时钢表面渗碳、渗硫及氧化而弱化了表面晶界,在锻压应力作用下所致.
Through the analysis of the precipitated phase and related elements of the chrome-nickel austenitic stainless steel forgings. The results show that the surface cracks are mainly caused by the carburizing, sulphurizing and oxidation of steel on the surface of steel which weakens the surface grain boundaries when the coal is heated, which is caused by the forging stress.
