我国的改革开放首先在农村取得突破,农村改革的突破为整个中国的全面改革奠定了坚实的基础。乡镇企业就是亿万中国农民在农村改革中的伟大创造。三十年来,乡镇企业经过艰苦的改革、调整、充实、创新,走上了一条扩大农民就业、促进农村工业化、加快城镇现代化的持续、快速发展之路。但在社会主义市场经济和不断推进的经济体制改革的压力下,政治体制改革的大环境中,乡镇企业遇到了一系列发展瓶颈,寻找解决问题的有效方法不但是乡镇企业摆脱困境的需要,社会主义农村继续发展的需要,更是国家长治久安的需要。
China’s reform and opening up first achieved a breakthrough in rural areas and the breakthrough in rural reform laid a solid foundation for the overall reform of China as a whole. Township enterprises are the great creation of hundreds of millions of Chinese peasants in rural reform. Over the past 30 years, township enterprises have embarked on a path of sustained and rapid expansion of farmer employment, promotion of rural industrialization and speeding up of urbanization through painstaking reforms, readjustment, enrichment and innovation. However, under the pressure of the socialist market economy and the constantly advancing economic reform, the township and village enterprises have encountered a series of bottlenecks in their development. Finding effective ways to solve the problems is not only the need of the township and village enterprises to get out of their predicament, but also the social The need for the continued development of the socialist countryside is even more a need of the country for lasting peace and stability.
