新疆阿克苏地区上游水库的设计库容为1.8亿方,淹没面积为136.6Km~2,相应平均水深为1.3米。多年平均(1962~1984)淹没面积93.72Km~2。实际淹没面积越大,水面蒸发与渗漏损失也越大。水面蒸发可用20米~2蒸发池近似测定,但渗漏损失,迄今还无可靠仪器测定。用自动供水双环入渗仪测定库盘渗漏,测值很大,只有环内外水位一平时,测值才有代表性,因风浪溅水,测值又偏小或测不出。
