为了研究自然杀伤细胞对正常人及人类恶性淋巴造血细胞的排斥作用,将严重的联合免疫缺陷(scid)突变小鼠或beige小鼠分别与C57BL/6J小鼠杂交。C57BL/6J-scid/scid小鼠显示成熟的T、B细胞严重丢失并伴随NK11细胞的百分比增加。虽然2月龄内的小鼠血清免疫球蛋白含量甚微,但75月龄的小鼠均可检出免疫球蛋白。C57BL/6J-scid/scid小鼠与C57BL/6J+/+对照组小鼠比较,溶血性补体与NK细胞活性水平均呈现显著性提高
2009 to the paper Caryogram mouse C57BL / 6J mice were used in combination with severe combined immunodeficiency virus (scid) mutant or beige mice in order to study the repulsive effect of natural killer cells on normal human and human malignant lymphoid hematopoietic stem cells. C57BL / 6J-scid / scid mice showed severe depletion of mature T, B cells with concomitant increases in the percentage of NK1 1 cells. Although serum immunoglobulin levels were low in 2-month-old mice, immunoglobulins were detected in 7 5 months old mice. C57BL / 6J-scid / scid mice and C57BL / 6J + / + control group mice, hemolytic complement and NK cell activity levels were significantly improved
