针对传统经济管径计算时采用规划水量作为计算水量,以及采用固定维护保养费率的取值方法进行了改进。采用曲线拟合方法预测各年水量,并按逐年递增的方式计提维护保养费用,使计算出的经济管径更加合理。在采用投资净现值法的基础上,以华东地区某输水管道工程为例,介绍了输水管道经济管径的确定过程。
In the calculation of the traditional economic pipe diameter, the planned water volume is used as the calculated water volume, and the method of using the fixed maintenance rate is improved. The curve fitting method is used to predict the amount of water in each year, and the maintenance cost is calculated according to the increment year by year so that the calculated economic pipeline is more reasonable. Based on the net present value of investment method, taking a water conveyance pipeline project in east China as an example, the process of determining the economic pipe diameter of water conveyance pipeline is introduced.
