In the 38 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a great deal of positive and negative experiences and lessons have been accumulated in the management of clinical medicine and hospitals in China. Materialists not only pay attention to successful experiences, but also face failures in order to learn from the lessons of mistakes that many books cannot be studied. The thing that comes, this is “eat a meal, grow up with wisdom.” This book collects medical errors and accidents cases throughout the country, sums up lessons learned from them, finds out rules, and studies accident prevention measures and handling methods. This will help protect the legitimate rights and interests of patients and medical personnel, help hospital management and improve the quality of medical care, and will also provide the basis for medical legislation. Medical malpractices and disputes not only involve the rights and interests of doctors and patients, but also relate to the development of clinical medicine and have always been sensitive points in medical work. Since the State Council promulgated the Measures for the Treatment of Medical Accidents, all kinds of hospitals across the country have strengthened the management of medical accidents. Some medical personnel did not understand the concept of medical malpractice, medical errors, medical accidents, medical disputes, etc., and did not understand the details of the classification, characterization, etc. of medical malpractice, and did not understand the relationship between medical malpractice and civil law, criminal law, and crime. It is a matter of great concern, fear, and fear of letting go of work, lest it make mistakes to enter the court. This is not conducive to medical work. In fact, there are many reasons for the occurrence of medical malpractice disputes: There are medical staff dereliction of duty; There is a lack of professional ethics: There is a technical level of business
