目的了解PTCA(经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术)对GPⅡb/Ⅲa(血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲa受体)、NO(一氧化氮)水平的影响,为临床上减少PTCA术后副作用发生提供帮助。方法静脉采血,采用放免和分光光度比色法检测PTCA术前后血小板膜蛋白Ⅱb/Ⅲ a及血浆 NO水平。结果 PTCA手术后 GPⅡb/ Ⅲ a明显增多,术后 12h达到高峰,48h降低接近术前低水平。血浆 NO变化与 GPⅡb/Ⅲ a的变化相反。结论 PTCA可能通过增加GPⅡb/Ⅲ a表达,降低NO合成释放等环节,诱发新血栓形成,导致急性冠状动脉血管闭塞。因此,为减少PTCA后急性再梗塞的发生,临床上除应用常规的抗凝治疗外,加用GPⅡ b/Ⅲ a受体拮抗剂效果会更好。
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) on GPⅡb / Ⅲa (platelet glycoprotein Ⅱb / Ⅲa receptor) and nitric oxide (NO) levels in order to help reduce the incidence of side effects after PTCA . Methods Venous blood was collected for venous blood sampling. The platelet membrane protein Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a and plasma NO levels before and after PTCA were measured by radioimmunoassay and spectrophotometry. Results The GPⅡb / Ⅲ a increased significantly after PTCA, peaked at 12h after operation, and decreased to the preoperative low level at 48h. Changes in plasma NO and GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a changes in the opposite. Conclusion PTCA may induce new thrombosis by increasing the expression of GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a and decreasing the release of NO, leading to acute coronary artery occlusion. Therefore, in order to reduce the occurrence of acute reinfarction after PTCA, in addition to the clinical application of conventional anticoagulant therapy, the addition of GP Ⅱ b / Ⅲ a receptor antagonist effect will be better.
