在近期小学校长教育管理能力提升培训中,南靖教师进修学校聘请了云霄县教育局关工委副主任、国家二级心理咨询师罗金全为全校教师作《小学校长心理健康维护》为主题的专题讲座。讲座围绕小学校长关注的心理健康的表现、不良表现及危害、减轻心理压力的十条建议等内容进行,通过自身体验和具体事例,结合小学校长在工作中所遇到的情况,形象生动地进行分析、引导、调节。
