我院于1985年3月至5月应用云南中医学院附院痔科配制的“化痔灵”(由昆明制药厂生产)注射痔核患者30例取得较好的效果。与此同时我们又用北京广安门医院研制的“消痔灵”注射痔核患者30例,作疗效对比,现将结果报告如下: 一、临床资料 (一) “化痔灵”组:本组30例,年龄最大的72岁,最小的21岁。病程15年以上的3例,余为10年以下。Ⅰ期痔2例,Ⅱ期痔13例,Ⅲ期痔15例,混合痔18例。本组30例中有出血症状24例,痔核脱出17例,疼痛14例。
