鲜菜价格是影响食品类CPI的关键因素之一,深入研究影响鲜菜价格的主要因素不仅利于促进有效供给,而且对政府调整产业政策、实施价格水平的宏观调控、增进民生福祉均有重要参考价值。本文通过分析近10年广东省鲜菜价格波动的原因,提出了平抑菜价的具体措施。
The price of fresh vegetables is one of the key factors that affect the CPI of foodstuffs. Studying deeply the main factors affecting the price of fresh vegetables not only helps to promote effective supply, but also has important reference for the government to adjust industrial policies, implement macroeconomic regulation and control of the price level, and improve people’s wellbeing. value. In this paper, by analyzing the reason of the price fluctuation of fresh vegetables in Guangdong Province in recent 10 years, the paper puts forward some concrete measures to stabilize the price of vegetables.
