采用索氏提取技术,通过测定梗、末原料配方及生产线提取后梗、末的极限提取率,计算生产线的原料的提取率,并将结果与常规水浴提取进行比较。同时分析了索氏提取浓缩液的致香物质成分。结果显示:是否粉碎对梗配方的极限提取率影响较大;索氏提取对于热水可溶物的提取率明显要高于常规水浴提取,差值约0.01;索氏提取的提取液的可分析致香物质达到15种。因此,索氏提取技术对于造纸法再造烟叶提取率的准确测定更有说服力。
