2016年大金空调(上海)有限公司开展的超重和肥胖人群体重控制健康促进活动,针对部分体重超标的员工,通过宣传指导、健康干预等形式,帮助员工了解自身的健康状况,掌握健康知识和技能,养成健康的生活习惯。通过一年的健康干预,超重和肥胖员工比例从99.0%下降到61.36%。探索建立了卫生专业部门、健康管理公司及企业相互配合,各负其责的健康管理模式。
In 2016, Daikin Air Conditioning (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. carried out weight control health promotion activities for overweight and obese people.
