本文分析了淬火介质冷却能力与其本身物理化学性质的关系,以及各种测定方法所得到的表微介质冷却能力的冷却速度与测试试件热惯性(试件大小、热容量、导热性等)的关系。在此基础上提出了用热电偶直接冷却测试法测定淬火介质的冷却能力;实测了多种常见冷却介质的冷却能力。大量试验证明,这种方法较之现在国内外常用的镍球磁性转变测试法及银质试件测试法更为简便实用。
This paper analyzes the relationship between quenching medium cooling capacity and its own physical and chemical properties as well as the relationship between the cooling rate of the table medium cooling capacity and thermal inertia (specimen size, heat capacity, thermal conductivity, etc.) of the test specimen obtained by various measurement methods . On this basis, the cooling ability of quenching medium by direct cooling test of thermocouple was put forward. The cooling ability of many kinds of common cooling medium was measured. A large number of tests have proved that this method is more simple and practical than the current domestic and foreign common nickel magnetic ball transition test and silver test method.
