采用光学显微镜、DTA分析、X射线衍射,研究了新型Al-1Mg-0.8Si-xCu合金的均匀化处理工艺。结果表明,添加0.5%Cu元素合金的理想均匀化处理工艺为450℃×4 h+550℃×12 h,该工艺适用于元素含量不大于1.05%Cu的成分合金。
The homogenization process of the new Al-1Mg-0.8Si-xCu alloy was studied by optical microscope, DTA analysis and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the optimal homogenization process for the addition of 0.5% Cu alloy is 450 ℃ × 4 h + 550 ℃ × 12 h. The process is suitable for the compositional alloy containing no more than 1.05% Cu.
