采用问卷调查、访谈和现场观察等方法,从花园利用情况、使用者心理及其反馈意见等方面提出了空中花园景观设计改造与优化的建议。长沙维一·星城空中花园目前存在休息位数量少及其位置设置不合理、对植物造景的后期维护太少、卫生洁具和部分办公杂物随意堆放导致花园杂乱不堪、办公人群的不合理利用致使空中花园未能很好地发挥其景观功能等问题。在办公建筑空中花园设计中,设计者应该考虑不同植物种类的合理配置、办公人员特殊的行为模式和人的生理及心理需求以及后期维护等问题。
Adopting the methods of questionnaire, interviews and on-the-spot observation, the suggestions on the transformation and optimization of landscape design in the air garden are proposed from the aspects of garden utilization, user psychology and feedback. Currently, there is a small number of rest places and unreasonable positions in the Weiyi Xingcheng Aerial Garden in Changsha. Too late maintenance of the plant landscaping is too small. Sanitary wares and some office debris randomly stacked cause the garden to be messy. The irrational use of office workers As a result, Sky Garden failed to exert its landscape function well. In the design of skyscrapers for office buildings, designers should consider such issues as the rational disposition of different plant species, the special behavior patterns of office workers, the physiological and psychological needs of human beings and the post-maintenance.
