文章考察了经济合作与发展组织23个成员国在1949—2035年间的社会保障养老年龄或提前退休年龄。今后若干年的政策已经载入现行法律,其中有些法律要到2035年才完全实施。文章研究发现,降低养老年龄的模式在1990年代出现了逆转;从1990年代初起,许多国家提高了养老年龄,但一般都把实施时间推到了将来。
The article examines the social security pension age or early retirement age of the 23 member countries of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development in 1949-2035. Policies for several years to come have been incorporated into existing laws, some of which will not be fully implemented until 2035. The study found that the model of reducing the age of the elderly reversed in the 1990s and that since the early 1990s many countries have raised the age of their care but generally pushed the implementation time into the future.
