目的通过对2006—2010年清远市血吸虫病的监测,掌握清远市近年来血防工作的落实情况。方法按照广东省疾病预防控制中心的要求,开展各项监测工作,对监测结果进行汇总分析。结果通过5年的监测,在原血吸虫病流行区共查荒地1 688 305 m2,水沟76 020 m,螺框23 721框;设假螺点查可疑地区82 724 m2,设标记螺点1 947框,查获1 316框,标记螺点查获率为67.59%;放标记螺7 552粒,查获3 958粒,标记钉螺查获率为52.41%;对29 826 m水下诱螺,在可疑水沟里投放稻草框2 903框,回收2 404框,回收率为82.81%;回收杂螺65 125粒,平均27.09粒/框;螺情监测未发现活钉螺。抽查原流行区小学生血样3 466份,阳性79份,粪检均为阴性;抽查耕牛血样2 541份,均为阴性。结论在原疫区未发现残存的活钉螺及新感染的血吸虫病人及病畜,表明清远市消灭血吸虫病的成果巩固。
Objective To monitor the status of schistosomiasis in Qingyuan City from 2006 to 2010 and grasp the implementation of schistosomiasis control in Qingyuan City in recent years. Methods According to the requirements of Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, various monitoring work was carried out, and the monitoring results were summarized and analyzed. Results A total of 1 688 305 m2 of wasteland, 76 020 m of drainage ditch and 23 721 snails were found in the endemic area of the original schistosomiasis area through 5 years of monitoring. There were 82 724 m2 of suspicious areas of suspicion, , Seized 1 316 boxes, marking the detection rate of 67.59% spiral points; placed markers 7 552 tablets, seized 3 958 tablets, labeled snails seizure rate of 52.41%; 29 826 m underwater snail, in the suspicious ditch release 2 903 boxes of straw box, 2 404 boxes were recovered, the recovery rate was 82.81%; 65 125 grains were recovered, with an average of 27.09 capsules / box; A total of 3 466 blood samples of primary school pupils in the endemic areas were randomly selected and 79 were positive. The stool samples were all negative. There were 2 541 samples of beef cattle sampled randomly, all of which were negative. Conclusion No surviving snails and newly infected schistosomiasis patients and sick animals were found in the original endemic areas, indicating that the results of eliminating schistosomiasis in Qingyuan City were consolidated.
