高椭圆筒形件是种非轴对称零件。拉深变形时,变形沿变形区分布是不均匀的。而且不均匀程度随椭圆度(轴比) 的增加而增加。如果中间工序过渡形状不合理又会加剧这种不均匀程度,从而引起局部材料的堆聚或破裂。本文通过对椭圆筒形件多次拉深时的变形分析及试验研究:①提出了高椭圆筒多次拉深对中间工序的合理形状的两种确定方法;②给出了由圆到椭圆的过渡条件及所用圆筒形毛坯直径的确定方法;③给出首次拉深的判断方法及所用平板毛坯形状与尺寸的确定方法。
High-elliptical cylindrical parts are non-axisymmetric parts. Deep drawing deformation, deformation along the deformation zone is uneven. And the degree of inhomogeneity increases with the increase of ovality (axial ratio). If the intermediate process of the transition shape is unreasonable will exacerbate this uneven degree, resulting in local material accumulation or rupture. In this paper, the deformation analysis and the experimental study of the elliptical cylindrical part are carried out several times: (1) Two methods to determine the reasonable shape of the intermediate working step are put forward; (2) The transition condition and the method of determining the diameter of the cylindrical blank used; ③ The method of determining the initial drawing depth and the method of determining the shape and size of the slab to be used.
