病例摘要男，２岁６月，昏迷３小时。１９９７年１０月２５日２０：３０急诊入院。患儿当日１６：００按习惯入睡，１７：３０唤之不醒，１９：３０仍昏睡，方发现其面色苍白，呼吸困难。发病前无明显不适，曾摔跤。否认误服毒物史。平素健康。体检：体温３６５℃
