物价工作和价格改革作为国民经济宏观管理的重要组成部分和政府调控经济、保障民生的重要手段,在我国建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制中发挥了重要作用,中国改革开放以来所坚持的价格市场化方向和价格改革理论及实践成果已得到国内外广泛认同。作者根据自己从事物价工作三十余年的亲身经历,特别是2001年至2012年12年间主持陕西物价工作和价格改革积累的丰富经验,撰写了《价格工作的实践和探索》一书。该书从全方位、多角度回顾、总结了这一时期陕西物价工作历程,提炼、升华了价格改革经验,为今后开创陕西价格工作新局面提供了有益启示。本刊将陆续节选刊登部分重要章节,以飨读者。
