叶澜教授这样说过:“反思三年成名师。”一语切中教师专业成长的途径和方法。在实际的教学中,每位教师亦能真切体会到教学反思的重要性。反思是认识自己的开始,反思是自我成长的起点,反思是教师专业素养提升的标尺。纵观每位教学名师、教育名家的成长历程、成名历程,无一离开教学反思。因此,反思让教师从职业觉醒走向职业成熟,从职业成熟慢慢滑向职业眷恋,再从职业眷恋奔向职业幸福。成长是自己的事,只有自己愿意

Therefore, introspection allows teachers to wake up from occupational awakening to career maturity gradually slipped from occupational attachment, and then from occupational attachment toward professional happiness.
