1 病例资料 患儿,男,1岁半。主因低热、流涕3天,浓茶色尿1天急诊入院。入院前3天患儿低热、流涕,家长予口服感冒通片1片,每日3次,次日患儿出现呕吐,为胃内容,第3天患儿尿液呈浓茶色,急来我院。查体:体温38.2℃,脉搏160/min,呼吸32/min。精神萎靡,全身皮肤轻度黄疸,巩膜明显黄染,贫血貌,心肺未见异常,肝脾未触及。否认服用其他药物。血白细胞16.7×109/L,中性粒细胞0.78,淋巴细胞0.22,红细胞1.86×1012/L,血红蛋白50g/L,血小板150×109/L,网织红
