用含有胺基的正丁胺( CH3CH2CH2CH2NH2) 作为碳源,用射频辉光放电方法制备出含胺氢化碳膜。用这种氢化碳膜作为石英晶体微量天平( Quartz Crystal Microbalance QCM) 的质量传感膜。研究其对甲酸等多种有机物质蒸气的质量响应特性。研究表明,这种含胺的氢化碳膜对羧酸、酮、苯、醇、酯、烷烃等有机蒸气都有一定的质量响应。而且对羧酸类物质蒸气响应度较大。其中又以酸性参数最大的甲酸响应灵敏度最大。这是由于氢化碳膜是通过色散力和空穴力同苯、醇、酮、酯、烷烃相作用,这种作用较弱。而氢化碳通过带碱性的胺官能团同甲酸蒸气分子的酸性氢相互作用,这种作用较强。
Amine-containing hydrogenated carbon films were prepared by RF glow discharge with n-butylamine (CH3CH2CH2CH2NH2) containing amino groups as the carbon source. This hydrogenated carbon film was used as a mass sensing film for the Quartz Crystal Microbalance QCM. The study of its quality of response to formic acid and other organic matter vapor quality. Studies have shown that this hydrogenated carbon film containing amine on carboxylic acids, ketones, benzene, alcohols, esters, alkanes and other organic vapor have a certain quality response. And the greater the vapor response of carboxylic acids. Among them, the acid parameter with the largest acidity has the highest sensitivity. This is due to the fact that hydrogenated carbon films are weakly affected by dispersive and cavitation forces with benzene, alcohols, ketones, esters, and alkanes. Hydrogenated carbon, on the other hand, has a strong interaction with the acidic hydrogen of the formic acid vapor molecule via a basic amine function.
