位于梯级踏板下的速度传感器被用来监测扶梯梯级运行速度与梯级缺失,根据电扶梯的国标要求,只要空梯级没有越过梳齿板之前扶梯能够自动停止那么梯级缺失监测功能就能满足要求。由于该标准没有具体规定梯级缺失功能的检测方法,一般的检测方式下扶梯都能满足此要求。本文提出一种梯级缺失的监测原理和算法,既能满足国标要求,又能在各种检测手段下达到梯级缺失保护功能。
The speed sensor located under the step pedal is used to monitor the running speed of the escalator step and the absence of the step. According to the national standard of the escalator, the escalator can automatically stop as long as the empty step does not cross the comb plate, then the step loss monitoring function can meet the requirement. As the standard does not specify the detection method of step loss function, the general method of detection escalator to meet this requirement. In this paper, we propose a monitoring principle and algorithm of step missing, which not only meets the requirements of national standard, but also achieves the function of step loss protection under various detection methods.
