一、指导思想: 以党中央86年1号文件为行动指南,为振兴我村的经济,根据我村的实际情况,以农业为主,进一步巩固发展林业生产。二、认真总结经验教训,提高干部群众对封山育林的认识。三、加强领导: 全村共十个自然村,各村由群众民主选举3～5人成立林管小组。村委由主任唐昌升等11人组成林管会,每月开一次研究会,一个季度检查一次,年终总结评比。
