目的：观察七叶神口服液的药理作用，探讨其用于治疗眩晕证等疾病的可能性。方法：活血化瘀和抗氧化等药理方法。结果：七叶神口服液ｉｇ可显著抑制Ａｄｒｃｏｌｄ所致的急性“血瘀”大鼠血液流变性的改变，显著缩短Ａｄｒ所致小鼠偏瘫时间；对脑缺血缺氧小鼠有一定的保护作用；延长“气虚”小鼠的游泳时间；提高老龄小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶的活性和降低血清中过氧化脂质的含量；增强小鼠的免疫功能。结论：提示该药具有较好的活血益气，抗氧化和免疫增强作用 OBJECTIVE: To observe the pharmacological effects of Qi Yeshen Oral Liquid and explore its potential for the treatment of diseases such as vertigo. The protective effect; prolong the swimming time of “qi deficiency” mice; increase the activity of superoxide dismutase in red blood cells of old mice and reduce the content of lipid peroxide in serum; enhance the immune function of mice. Conclusion: It is suggested that the drug has good blood-activating, qi-boosting, antioxidant and immunoenhancing effects.
