全国第一次邮电价格(资费)理论研讨会在大连召开,首先让我代表大连市委、市政府向与会的各位领导,向各省、自治区、直辖市物价局、交通运输协会、邮电管理局的代表,及特邀代表表示热烈的欢迎。邮电价格问题不仅是邮电部门本身的问题,也是地方政府所关心和关注的问题,研究解决好这一问题,对于补充和完善我国物价体系的改革,对于邮电建设产生稳定持久的发展后劲并以此促进国民经济的发展,都有着十分重要的意义。借这次理论研讨会的机会,我想从地方政府的角度,谈一下对尽快改革偏低的邮电价格,加速邮电建设,减低邮电对国民经济发展的制约程度的认识。
The first seminar on the price-and-demand tariffs (tariffs) in China was held in Dalian. Let me first, on behalf of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, brief the leaders present at the meeting on behalf of the Price Bureau, the Transport Association and the Post and Telecommunications Administration of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, And invited representatives to extend a warm welcome. Post and telecommunications price issue is not only the problem of the post and telecommunications department itself, but also the local government’s concerns and concerns, to study and solve this problem, for supplementing and perfecting the reform of China’s price system, for postal and telecommunications construction has a stable and lasting development potential and accordingly It is of great significance to promote the development of the national economy. From the perspective of local governments, I would like to take this opportunity of the theoretical seminar to talk about understanding of the postal tariffs as soon as possible, speeding up the construction of postal televisions and reducing the restriction on the development of national economy by post and telecommunications.
