水是庄稼的命脉,花钱打井,兴修水利是造福子孙后代的好事情。然而,有些地方无论是政府投资打的井,还是农民凑钱打的井,由于疏于管理,没用几年水井就成了废井。粪、草甚至有些农药包装袋、农药瓶也丢在井里,造成水源严重污染。有些大口井甚至还能掉下人去,成了农民自己挖的陷阱。最近笔者来到山东省济阳县太平镇东侯市村,发现这里的农民在大棚边上打了许多小机井,这些水井井口直径不超过30公分,这与那些大井相比,可称得上“秀珍”井(见图一)。这些井投资省,井口小,
Water is the lifeblood of crops, spend money to build wells, water conservation is a good thing to benefit future generations. However, in some areas, whether it is a well invested by a government or a well-paid peasant, it has become a waste well after a few years of use due to neglect of management. Feces, grass and even some pesticide packaging bags, pesticide bottles are thrown in the well, causing serious water pollution. Some large well even can fall off, become the traps peasants dig. Recently I came to Donghou Village, Taiping Town, Jiyang County, Shandong Province and found that the peasants here hit a number of small wells on the edge of the greenhouses. The diameter of these wellheads did not exceed 30 cm, which is comparable to those of large wells “Xiuzhen ” well (see Figure I). These wells invest in provinces, small wellheads,
