呼吸机相关性肺炎(ventilator-associated pneumonia,VAP)在接受机械通气患者中的发生率为8%～28%,死亡率在15%～70%之间[1]。由于病原学是VAP研究中的关键环节,现就该病的病原学研究作一综述。
Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) occurs in 8% to 28% of patients receiving mechanical ventilation and has a mortality rate of 15% to 70% [1]. As etiology is a key link in VAP research, the etiology of the disease is reviewed.
