神头第一发电厂锅炉一次风管路系统T型分叉管结构存在较大的煤粉分配不均,引起炉内火焰中心偏斜,炉膛温度和氧的质量分数分布严重不均。炉内前墙结焦严重、炉膛出口烟温偏高、高温受热面超温、减温水量大、排烟温度高等问题,与四角一次风管风粉不均有关。加装六通道低阻力导流式分配器后,炉前和炉后支管的粉量比从1.45 ̄1.75降低到1.10 ̄1.20,煤粉细度(R90)差值从5% ̄7%降到1%,煤粉分配的均匀性大大提高,炉内燃烧工况明显好转,过热器和再热器减温水量分别减少29t/h和7.76t/h,高温受热面壁温降低3 ̄5℃,排烟温度降低6 ̄8℃,炉内结焦现象减轻,吹灰次数减少,锅炉运行的安全性和经济性明显提高。
