改革开放以来,我国的住宅建设取得了举世瞩目的成就,城镇住宅工程质量、功能质量和综合配套水平有了明显提高,居民居住质量有了较大改善。但也还存在一些不容忽视的问题:部分城镇中低收入家庭居民的住房状况还不理想,房地产市场中存在投资规模过大、价格上涨过快等现象。为此,记者采访了建设部部长汪光焘,请他结合建设部门的职能,谈谈应如何切实解决城镇中低收入家庭居民住房问题。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s residential construction has made remarkable achievements in the world. The quality, functional quality and comprehensive supporting level of urban residential buildings have been significantly improved, and the living quality of residents has been greatly improved. However, there are still some problems that can not be ignored: the housing conditions of residents in low and middle income families in some cities and towns are not yet satisfactory; the investment scale in the real estate market is too large and the prices rise too fast. To this end, the reporter interviewed the Minister of Construction Wang Guangtao, asked him to combine the functions of the construction department to talk about how to effectively solve the housing problems of low-income families in urban areas.
