疫苗接种是现代医学抵抗传染病的有效方式和重要手段。佐剂对于疫苗的免疫效果具有举足轻重的作用。细胞因子是构成免疫系统的重要介质之一,在免疫细胞的发育分化、免疫应答的调节中扮演重要角色。近年来,大量研究发现细胞因子作为佐剂应用于人类疫苗,与传统佐剂相比有着特殊的优势。本文主要简述细胞因子,包括干扰素、白介素、趋化因子和集落刺激因子等,作为人类疫苗佐剂的研究进展。
Vaccination is an effective way and an important means to resist infectious diseases in modern medicine. Adjuvants have a pivotal role in the immunization of vaccines. Cytokines constitute one of the important mediators of the immune system and play an important role in the development and differentiation of immune cells and in the regulation of immune responses. In recent years, a large number of studies have found that cytokines as adjuvants in human vaccines have a special advantage over traditional adjuvants. This article summarizes the progress of cytokines, including interferons, interleukins, chemokines and colony stimulating factors, as adjuvants in human vaccines.
