上颌窦术后出血的发生率,国内资料约在2.4～7.3％。有关专论出血的报道不多,本文就我院1960～1985年所作654例上颌窦根治术(对孔粘膜瓣翻转),其中术后出血37例(出血率5.65％),提出专题分析讨论,供同道参考。临床资料一、37例全部为男性青壮年,术前经穿刺,部分拍片证实为慢性上颌窦炎。二、术前查血、尿常规,出凝血时间,部分作其他凝血机制检查均正常。
