目的：探究综合护理模式在老年股骨骨折患者中的应用效果和临床价值。方法：选取我院62例老年股骨骨折患者，随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各组均31例，分别由护理人员给予两组患者常规护理和综合护理，观察比较两种护理模式的应用效果。结果：观察组患者住院时间较对照组短（P＜0.05），并发症发生率较对照组低（P＜0.05），护理满意度较对照组高（P＜0.05），数据比较均存在明显统计学差异。结论：老年股骨骨折采用综合护理，可有效缩短患者住院时间，降低并发症发生率，提高患者护理满意度，护理效果良好，值得临床推广应用。“,”Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing model application in elderly patients with femoral fracture effect and clinical value.Methods Choose 62 cases of elderly patients with femoral fracture, a random number method groups were divided into control group and observation group were 31 cases, respectively, by the nursing staff to two groups of patients with routine nursing and comprehensive nursing, observation of comparing two application effect of the nursing mode.Results The observation group of patients in hospital time is short in the control group (P < 0.05), the incidence of complications was lower than those of control group (P < 0.05), and nursing satisfaction was higher than control group (P < 0.05), data comparison are significantly statistical differences.Conclusion The elderly femoral fractures in comprehensive nursing, which can effectively shorten in-hospital time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient care satisfaction, nursing effect is good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
