Nematodes are an important pest in the later stages of mushroom growth. Nematodes damage mushrooms because of small parasites (usually 500 to 1000 microns long, 20 to 50 microns wide), the naked eye is not easy to observe, coupled with its harmful symptoms and physiological atrophy is not easy to distinguish mycelium. Therefore, for a long time by the nematodes caused by the mushroom yield and quality did not cause enough attention. We conducted a sample survey of 10 Mushroom Cultivation Materials in the suburbs of Shanghai. The results showed that all Mushroom Houses had different degrees of nematode occurrence and the low-yielding mushroom house was particularly serious. The survey results are reported as follows.
