针对省际资料共享业务服务需求和管理考核要求,设计、研制了省际气象资料共享业务运行监控系统,建立了省际共享传输监控数据库,实现了对本省发送周边省、本省接收周边省传输情况的全程监控,提供了共享数据传输质量统计功能,分省、分站点、分时次统计共享气象资料的及时率、逾限率和缺报率等信息。省际气象资料共享业务运行监控系统已经在业务管理中得到了应用,并为省级业务管理部门提供了近年来安徽省省际资料传输质量的背景资料,以此作为考核省际资料传输质量的客观依据。这对提高省际共享的传输质量和考核质量发挥了积极的作用。
