快速湿氧化法破坏半微量的有机汞样品的操作頗为簡捷,能定量地回收汞。如果样品含溴,破坏后需再煑沸几分钟以消除干扰,回收率可达99.8%。本文同时提供一个用飽和硫氰酸汞液及飽和硫酸鉄銨液作指示剂,在强酸介貭中,用硫脲标准液准确滴定Hg~(++)的容量法,溫度低于40℃,方法的終点敏銳,用本文方法測定汞溴紅等五种有机汞药物的結果,与用不同方法測得的結果一致。
The rapid wet oxidation method of destroying semi-microorganized mercury samples is relatively simple and can recover mercury quantitatively. If the sample contains bromine, it must be boiled for a few minutes after the destruction to eliminate interference, and the recovery rate can reach 99.8%. This article also provides a volumetric method for accurately titrating Hg ++ with thiourea standard solution in a strong acid medium, using a saturated thiocyanate solution and saturated ammonium cerium sulphate solution as an indicator. The temperature is lower than 40°C. The end-point of the method is sensitive, and the results of the five organomercury drugs such as mercury, bromine and red are determined by this method, which are consistent with the results obtained by different methods.
