The quality of street food hygiene has drawn widespread public concern in recent years. As we all know, the quality of food hygiene is affected by many factors. Street food can be regarded as a special mode of production and operation. Under the condition that the operators’ internal hygiene management is not perfect and there is no self-inspection facility, it is not easy to control its quality. This article tries to start with many factors that affect the quality of street food hygiene and discusses its control strategy.
