为解决特大跨径悬索桥施工中索鞍安装、主缆基准索股垂度监控、钢箱梁安装等核心的线形监控问题,在精度控制影响的关键因素(环境误差、控制方法、人为误差、数据处理平差计算等)上进行了技术改进,开发了自动化控制软件,实现外业所有数据自动化采集、内业配套软件精密处理的功能集成;同时设计了“三位一体”的垂度测量工作装置并得以成功运用。结合马鞍山长江公路大桥悬索桥施工监控实践,详细介绍自动化软件系统应用的全过程,以达到提高工效和线形控制精度的目的。
