目的：观察“神农３３号”中药制剂结合现代医学治疗肾综合征出血热的临床疗效。方法：将７６例重型及危重型肾综合征出血热患者随机分为２ 组。对照组仅用现代医学综合治疗；治疗组另加用“神农３３ 号”２００ ｍ ｌ静滴，每日１ 次。观察２ 组治疗１ 周前后有关弥散性血管内凝血（ＤＩＣ）的实验室检查结果、症状和体征平均消失时间以及治疗结果比较。结果：治疗组有关ＤＩＣ的实验室检查结果中血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、部分凝血活酶生成时间、Ｄ 二聚体的恢复较对照组有明显差异（Ｐ均＜ ０．０５），症状、体征中发热、出血倾向、休克消失时间与对照组比较明显缩短（Ｐ均＜ ０．０５），少尿消失时间２ 组无显著性差异。治疗效果比较，治疗组治愈３１例，好转９ 例，总有效率８８．９％ ，对照组治愈１６ 例，好转６ 例，总有效率７１．０％ ，治疗组疗效优于对照组（χ２ ＝３．９２，Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：应用“神农３３号”中药静脉制剂与西医综合方法治疗肾综合征出血热对于恢复凝血机制、改善微循环、缓解临床症状和体征效果优于单纯西医治疗组，提高了总有效率；“神农３３ 号”中药静脉制剂活血而不伤血、止血而不留瘀，发挥了祖国医学的整体观与辨证施治的优势。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shennong 33 traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medicine on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods: A total of 76 patients with severe and critically diagnosed hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups. The control group only with modern medicine comprehensive treatment; treatment group plus the use of “Shennong 33” 200 m l intravenous infusion, once daily. The results of laboratory tests on disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), the mean disappearance of symptoms and signs, and the treatment outcome were compared between the two groups before and after treatment for one week. Results: The platelet count, prothrombin time, partial thromboplastin time, D dimer recovery in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). The symptoms, Signs of fever, bleeding tendency, disappearance of shock time compared with the control group was significantly shorter (P all <0.05), oliguria disappear time 2 groups no significant difference. In the treatment group, 31 cases were cured, 9 cases improved, the total effective rate was 88.9%, 16 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, the total effective rate was 71.0%. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (χ2 = 3.92, P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of hemorrhagic fever with Renal Syndrome by “Shennong 33” veterinary preparations and western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine has the better curative effect on restoring coagulation mechanism, improving microcirculation and relieving clinical symptoms and signs than western medicine treatment group.
