为进一步加强地质资料的资源建设,国土资源部于2010年3月下发了《国土资源部关于加强地质资料汇交管理的通知》(国土资发[2010]32号),提出了“将地质资料管理职能向市(地)、县(市)延伸”的理念和目标。这一理念顺应了当前经济发展的需要,是地质工作服务经济社会发展的必然要求。各地积极开展了相关的探索与思考,论证了这一理念的必要性,并根据现存状况提出了相应的对策,为更好地落实这一理念提供了有益的建议。
In order to further strengthen the resource construction of geological data, the Ministry of Land and Resources issued in March 2010 the Notice of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Strengthening the Management of the Geological Data Conveyance (GuoShi Fa Fa [2010] No.32) Geological data management functions to the city (prefecture), county (city) extension of "the concept and goal. This concept conforms to the needs of the current economic development and is an inevitable requirement of the geological work for the economic and social development. Relevant exploration and thinking have been actively carried out in all parts of the country and the necessity of this concept has been demonstrated. Corresponding countermeasures have been put forward according to the existing conditions, which have provided useful suggestions for better implementation of this concept.
