刘秀琴是吉林市昌邑区东局子街永昌社区人民调解委员会主任,社区居民都亲切地叫她“刘主任”。永昌社区下岗、失业及流动人员较多,社会矛盾较为突出。自1990年刘秀琴上任以来,该社区连续15年无民转刑案件,有284对夫妻破镜重圆,81名失足人员得到挽救,社区民间纠纷调解率、调解成功率和履行率均实现了百分之百,成为多年的“四无”社区。赢得了街道领导和社区居民的高度赞誉。
Liu Xiuqin is the director of Yongchang Community People's Mediation Committee of Dongjuzi Street, Changyi District, Jilin City.
