并购是企业扩大经营规模、增强竞争实力的重要手段,跨文化管理问题是我国企业跨国并购中面临的主要风险之一。本文试图利用经济学原理,从理论层面探讨我国企业跨国并购中跨文化管理的最优方案或最优模式,并在此基础上提出相应的政策建议。
Mergers and acquisitions (M & A) are important means for enterprises to expand their business scale and enhance their competitive strength. Cross-cultural management is one of the major risks facing Chinese enterprises in cross-border M & A. This paper tries to use the principle of economics to discuss the optimal scheme or optimal mode of intercultural management in cross-border M & A of Chinese enterprises from the theoretical level and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions on this basis.
