在改革开放与发展社会主义市场经济快速提升下,我国也正在从质同的单一的社会,开始向多样性的社会形式转型,尤其是在社会结构等,各方面都表现出了其较为深刻的变化。人们思想的价值观念也正是通过自我的生活方式以及行为方式这种多样化的转型式方法,开始发生了较为明显的变化。这些变化,从一方面反应出了,通过社会转型方式不仅提高的人们的自主性、开放性以及追求人人平等思想意识。但另一方面也影响了人们的道德意识以及集体主义意识的淡化,甚至还致使工作在机关单位的人员开始出现了人个作风问题。随时当今网络化、信息化备传播的速度,这一系列的问题一下子吸了全国人民的眼球,也成为了备受人们关注的焦点。

But on the other hand, it also affected people’s moral consciousness and the desalination of collectivism, and even led to the fact that the personnel working in the organs and units started to have a personality style.
