病历摘要患者,男,45岁,农民。于1986年7月中旬受凉后咽痛、发热、伴有咳嗽,前额部胀痛。经当地诊所治疗后热退,但仍头部胀痛。8月中旬因头痛、头晕加重、声嘶、吐字不清、饮水呛咳及恶心呕吐而来广州某医院就诊。检查发现:右侧鼻唇沟浅,伸舌右偏,面部感觉好,声嘶,左侧肢体肌力差,四肢肌张力正常。疑为脑干血管性病变曾用激素、地巴唑等药物治疗,症状无变化。10月14日来我院就诊,疑脑干病变原因待查收入院。检查:
Patient summary, male, 45 years old, farmer. In mid-July 1986 after sore throat, fever, accompanied by cough, forehead pain. After treatment by the local clinic hot, but still head pain. Mid-August due to headaches, dizziness, hoarseness, unclear articulation, cough and nausea and vomiting of water to a hospital in Guangzhou. Examination found: right nasolabial fold shallow, stretch tongue right partial, facial feel good, hoarseness, poor left limb muscle, limb muscle tone normal. Suspected brain vascular disease has used hormones, barituzazole and other drug treatment, no change in symptoms. October 14 came to our hospital, suspected brain stem lesions to be admitted to hospital. an examination:
