目的观察思密达治疗新生儿臀红的应用效果观察与护理措施。方法选择2013年10月-2015年10月于医院住院的臀红新生儿120例,将其平均分为研究组和对照组各60例。对照组应用爽身粉治疗及常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上应用思密达粉治疗并联合针对性护理措施。结果研究组总有效率为98.33%显著高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿家属对护理工作的满意率为100.00%高于对照组的88.33%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思密达联合护理措施可以有效加快新生儿臀红的恢复速度,减少患儿的痛苦,适于临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Smecta on the treatment of neonatal hip red and its nursing measures. Methods 120 cases of hip-red newborns hospitalized in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group, with an average of 60 cases each. The control group was treated with talcum powder and routine nursing. The research group used metmyme powder and routine nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.67%, P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing family members in the study group was 100.00% higher than that of the control group (88.33%), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Smectam combined with nursing measures can effectively speed up the recovery of neonatal hip glute, reduce the pain of children, suitable for clinical application.
