利用Gleeble1500热模拟试验机研究了铁道车辆用3.5%Cr高耐蚀钢在连续冷却条件下的组织变化规律,绘制了试验条件下铁道车辆用高耐蚀钢的动态CCT曲线。结果表明,随着冷却速度的提高,铁道车辆用3.5%Cr高耐蚀钢组织由多边形以及准多边形铁素体逐渐转变为贝氏体类组织;铁道车辆用3.5%Cr高耐蚀钢以2~5℃/s冷却后的组织是细小均匀的铁素体和一定数量的粒状贝氏体,这种组织有较高的强度以及较好的强韧匹配。
Using Gleeble1500 thermal simulation test machine, the variation of microstructure of 3.5% Cr highly corrosion-resistant steel for rolling stock under continuous cooling condition was studied and the dynamic CCT curve of high corrosion-resistant steel for railway vehicle under the test condition was drawn. The results show that with the increase of cooling rate, 3.5% Cr highly corrosion-resistant steel for rolling stock is gradually transformed into bainite by polygons and quasi-polygonal ferritics. The corrosion resistance of 3.5% ~ 5 ℃ / s after cooling the organization is a fine uniform ferrite and a certain amount of granular bainite, this structure has a higher strength and better tough match.
