团场职工收入历来是兵团党委工作的出发点和落脚点,随着改革不断的深化,经济不断的发展,职工如何能够快速实现多元增收成为兵团的核心问题。本文通过第八师农牧职工的收入构成及收入情况,分析了团场职工多元增收过程中存在的问题,并且依据第八师团场的实际情况提出了促进职工快速多元增收的对策和建议。
It has always been the starting point and the foothold of the corps’ party committees that the revenue of employees in the corps has always been the center. With the continuous deepening of the reform and the continuous economic development, it has become a core issue for the Corps to rapidly realize the multi-income increase of workers. Based on the income composition and income of the eighth group of farmers and herdsmen, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of diversified income of the field workers, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rapid and diversified income increase of workers according to the actual situation of the eighth division field.
